Sleep is often underestimated and easy to neglect in our busy lives, but yet it is plays a crucial role in maintaining our health and well-being. Beyond just feeling rested, getting enough sleep is essential for supporting a physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Let me share with you tips for better nights sleep my Angels:

  • Establish a Routine: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends!
  • Create a Relaxing Environment: Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. Use comfortable bedding and invest in a good mattress.
  • Limit Screen Time: Avoid screens (phones, tablets, computers) at least an hour before bedtime as the blue light can disrupt your sleep cycle.
  • Watch Your Diet: Avoid heavy dinners, caffeine, and alcohol close to bedtime. You can have a light snack if needed.
  • Manage Stress: Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathin and meditation. My personal favorite is a guided meditation on YouTube. I listen to Evening Meditation every night.
